Alan Rogney has overseen thousands of environmental diligence projects since entering the industry in 2006. He has managed it all - projects, staff, and clients - and understands all aspects of environmental diligence in the M&A world. Alan's areas of expertise include buy- and sell-side diligence, environmental contamination, regulatory compliance, health and safety, corporate legacy liabilities, post-close plans, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Outside of work, Alan enjoys reading books, walks with his dog, live music, golfing (poorly), and rooting on Wisconsin sports teams.
