Kristen Magee has been an environmental and ESG professional since 2005, specializing in M&A, regulatory compliance, and ESG advisory services. Her specialist expertise includes representing U.S.-based and international financial advisory and strategic buyers, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions. She has completed and overseen thousands of buy- and sell-side environmental diligence projects across a range of geographies and industries. She specializes in environmental and ESG risk and opportunity assessments, evaluating regulatory compliance, developing post-closure action plans and risk mitigation strategies, and assisting clients in integrating ESG in ways that make sense for their firm and portfolio companies. She is dedicated to developing solutions and strategies to fit the specific needs of each client and project. Kristen lives outside of Boston and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and young sons.
