Aeterra’s compliance experts curate a compliance calendar specifically for each client. Instructions and relevant client-specific information is included to aid compliance and reporting. Complex calculation mechanisms, digital forms, and/or audit information can be imported into the system to keep everything in one place, and that is made easier by using Aeterra Workspace.

In addition to ever-changing environmental regulation, companies are asked to track and report on more and more data. ESG framework questionnaires and GHG accounting have become common requests for corporate leaders and their teams. GHG accounting is often an important piece of broader KPI frameworks. However, companies regularly do not know where to begin to prepare Scope 1, 2, and/or 3 calculations. Often, the most difficult part of this process is identifying who can provide the information and how to aggregate it. KPIs can be exported to client software (e.g., PowerBI) or added to Workspace’s custom dashboards. Reports can be customized to client specifications or added to existing reports. The goal of Aeterra Workspace is to simplify the journey from KPI selection to reporting.

Aeterra Workspace facilitates emission source identification, impact area assessment, and emission factor mapping. The system automatically generates GHG emission calculations and/or estimates based on the data provided. Users can use this information to build and track reduction strategies or monitor trends over time.
